Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Develop and maintain the project plan, ensuring it aligns with the overall project goals and timelines.
  • Define and communicate project scope, objectives, and deliverables to the team.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with teams and ensure clear communication between the MSP Team, Site Legacy Teams, and Validation Teams.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Regularly update and communicate progress and challenges to the team.
  • Generate and distribute status reports, including progress, issues, and risks.
  • Keep track of key project metrics
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
  • Conduct retrospectives to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly.
  • Keep track of Project Financials including SOW management.
  • Some knowledge of IT, Validation and MES and Agile would be beneficial.
  • Encourage innovation and the adoption of new technologies or methodologies that may enhance project delivery.
